Position Available: Production Manager (Factory Site)
Are you a vivacious person who has a love for overseeing the creation of quality children's clothing? Participate in our team as a Production in charge and be a key part of our manufacturing operations!
Payscale: 50,000–80,000 PKR
Important Responsibilities
• Oversee and control production processes at the manufacturing facility to guarantee efficient operations and prompt product delivery.
• Lead production processes efficiently by utilizing your knowledge with stitching, creating samples, and operating gear.
• Showcase your proficiency in the creation of children's apparel, from initial design conception to finished product.
• Use quality control procedures to uphold the highest levels of product craftsmanship
• Work together with the design team to realize imaginative concepts while maintaining the viability of manufacturing.
• Manage resources, such as labor, supplies, and equipment, effectively to maximize.
Requirements
Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma, a college degree, or a certificate in production or the textile industry.
• 1-2 years of practical experience making children's apparel, including stitching, making samples, and operating machinery.
• Expertise in creating concepts for children's apparel and turning them into finished goods.
• Thorough comprehension of quality control procedures to guarantee flawlessly finished items.
• Outstanding managerial abilities for successfully managing a productive production team.
• Knowledge of the complexities involved in running a factory site, such as resource allocation and workflow optimization.
